Quality

We prioritize quality and reliability and almost every stage of our production process has precautionary measures to avoid or overcome any issues.

  • Fabric : Prior to receiving fabrics, we require our knitting mills to provide us SGS testing which cover pilling and snagging tests. Upon arrival of fabrics, each individual roll is tested for GSM consistency, pilling and snagging in-house as an added precautionary measure. In short, we have records of what specific roll was used on specific orders.

  • Sizing Consistency : Due to the heat involved during the pressing/rolling process, there is a small chance that fabrics will shrink causing sizing discrepancies. To avoid such issues, we have a separate department whose sole job is to measure each size to ensure sizing consistency all throughout. If any job is found to be under or over spec, it is immediately adjusted and re-printed.

  • Pairing and Print Quality : Once an order passes our size measurements, it is then passed to our "pairing" department. This is the stage where all print quality, colors are checked and once approved, it is then paired up and fed to our sewing department. If there are any issues such as dots, smudges or any similar sublimation rejects are found it is then sent back to our sublimation department to be replaced.

  • In-line Sewing QC : For each sewing line, we have four in-line QC staff whose sole job is to check stitching, construction and overall quality of work.

  • Final Measuring QC : Upon completion of sewing, the goods are passed on to our final measuring QC who then measures the finished garment. If any products are not within tolerance, it is sent back to our sublimation department and goes back to step 1 and re-made.

  • Final QC : Upon passing our final measuring QC, it is then forwarded to final QC staff whose job is to check if there are any discrepancies in addition to thread trimming.

  • Packing : Once the gear has passed all our stages of QC it is then sent to our packing department where each garment is pictured. The pictures are kept internally to serve as a record in the unlikely event you get claims for short shipments.
